 Guilt is so stupid 

 Don't get caught! it's a trap! 

To separate you from your loving self

 Or, will you find your way home? 

Only you can decide  

Did you do wrong?  

So remorse will set you free,  

Move to repair, apology   

Not condemned, just a little silly 

Did you stray from your path? 

Forget your destiny

As humans we often do! 

So slow down, Reflect, reset  

Slowly, intentionally, daily 

Improvement comes through movement

Connection builds with action  

Your soul is always free 

So chase that impish guilt Away!
